the congested condition of the docket
the circuit court is to be in session

of that body ia in favor of a crimin

This was made plain by that part of
their report which reads as follows
There is such a volume of business
in this county and the expenses be
fore the grand jury of witnesses 1eirs

So heavy Yrve therefore suggest to our
law makers that if practicable they
enact some law at the next session
of the legislature that will enable us
to avoid this expense There Is only
one wayy practicable and that isa
