AN ORDINANCE To Be Entitled, An Ordinance t- Amend Paragraph 7 of Section 2, of "An Ordi nance relating to the Construction, Erection, Maintenance, Equipment, Al teration, Repair and Removal of Build ings and Structures In the City of Pensacola." Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Coun cil of the City of Pensacola: Section 1. That Paragraph Seven, Section 2. of An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance relating to the Construction, Erection, Maintenance, Equipment, Alter ation. Repair and Removal of Buildings and Structurers in the City of Pensacola," be amended to read as follows: (7) Exterior windows, doors, frame and their trim may be of wood In all cases where they face a public street of 50 feet 0 inches, or more in width, but when the width is less than 50 feet, they shall be of incombustible material, and all windows, doors, frames and their trim must be of incombustible material with wire glass when inserted on the side and rear of the building next to adjoining property or lots, except for churches, schools, dwellings and clubs. - Sec. 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Sec. 3. That this ordinance shall he come effective immediately upon its pas sage and approval.
