Fears of a repetition of the disastrous lnundotlons which occurred in Paris during the winter of 1910-11 has been aroused during the past forty-eight hours by the rapid rising of the river Seine. The water today Is mounting about two Inches an hour. In the low lying quarters of the city, especially in the Southwestern district of Bercy, the water has al eady overflowed into the streets. The Rue Watt near the Tolblac bridge was the first to be flooded. It is n$w under water to a depth of several inches and consternation reigns tmons the occupants of adjacent houses.
