It is a long, low building, open sides filled with stalls where foodstuffs are sold. Before Spain sold Louisiana to France, coffee, as a beverage, was unknown in many parts of America. Even then, French coffee, with all its exquisite perfection, was served In this market. But its rare flavor could not then be retained in shipment. Now the flavor of this famous roast and blend is retained. The old secret process of roasting is reproduced exactly by the French Market Mills. The flavor is retained in shipment by perfectly sealed cans, and it goes to your table with all its natural aroma and goodness.
