Steams Lumber and Export Company,
a corporation, is complainant, " and Karl
Eitler and his wife, Pauline Eitler, are
defendants, I will sell at public outcry
to the highest bidder for cash, before
the county court house door, tn the City
of Pensacola, Escambia county, Florida.

En route to Philadelphia via. New
Orleans and Pensacola, the navy fuel
ship Brutus put into this port yester
day morning, taking: anchorage at the
navy yard, where she -will remain a
few days. It Is possiale that the Prairie
and San Francisco will be supplied with
eoal from the Brutus, although this was
not determined yesterday.
The Brutus is not an American
built vessel, but, rather, was construc
ted in an English shipyard, and was
purchased soma years ago by the navy
'department. She was formerly the
Norwegian steamer Peter Jebsen. In
charge of Captain James r Smith, and
with merchant complement, the Brutus
is in what is termed either In special
of unassigned service, and now re
turns to the states after a lengthy stay
off the coast of Mexico.
