Today at the Isia Hazel Dawn and John Mason are featured in a Para mount five-reeler entitled, "The Fatal Card." With one of the most beauti ful women in the world working op posite the powerful John Mason for inspiration, you can depend on it being everything that the picture critics claim for it, who as a majority give it their nattering OK. - "Th Price." Helen Ware, -one . of the world's greatest emotional actresses, is fea tured in the latest Equitable feature (the producers of "Trilby") entitled, The Price," which is a stirring ar raignment of the sins and follies of society.. This "queen of passion," as the story runs, is the wife of a highly-respected and honorable man. She, however; is a high-strung, passionate young, woman, with an ever-burning desire : for handsome ' young ' men, which was directly opposite to that of her husband, whose advanced years have caused him to lose all charm for the young . wife . when In a mood to satisfy her tyrannical whims. It is one sensation on top of another, and appears at the Isis for one day tomorrowt-only. " "Graft," ' When the Universal Film Manufac turing Company made plans to ex pose "Graft," in the next serial, which begins at the Isis Thursday, through the role of Bruce Larnigan, ie district attorney, who Is later jailed by big business, and then comes to fight the silent system from the outside, they realized that whoever played the leading role must be a man of exceptional physical power and ability. - .,-v . Joe Brandt, manager of the home office, co-author with Hugh Weir of "Graft," made this plain to Director General McBae at Universal City, and after considerable time spent m con sidering the available actors, Hobart Henley was selected. The manner in which he reeled off the first two epi sodes made the officials confident that they had chosen the right man. But, strong and willing as he is, Mr. Henley is showing the effects of the terrible strain tmder which he is working. : SHORT CUSS 8! GOOD ROADS H PENSACOLA DELEGATION TO MOBILE WILL CONSIST OF ABOUT FIFTY AUTOS' AND t MANY BY TRAIN. Upward of fifty automobiles, and possibly two hundred delegates byl train, will go to Mobile early next Friday morning to attend the Old Spanish Trail convention, according to a report of the committee which canvassed the city yesterday after noon for less than two hours. In fact there were so many autos pledged to make the trip that it was . thought j advisable to separate the delegation, a part of them to go by way of Lil lian, and the rest to go by way of Nunez Ferry. This was thought the most feasible way to handle the large number of cars, for it will expedite their ferrying across the bay. At Lillian Chas. Barclay will see to it that the cars are well taken care of, and at Robertsdale, where the two crowds will again come together, they will be given another reception, as J. B. Wilters, who was in the city yesterday, conferred with Secretary Herrider and assured him that they would all be taken care of at that place. He said that he would go home and call a meeting of Good Roads enthusiasts for Monday night; when plans for the reception of the Pen sacola cars will bf made. From Eob ertsdale, the pilots of that town will take the local cars into Mobile. They are to assemble at the Cawthonfor the headquarters of the Florida dele gation will be at that hotel.
