issued formal notice to that effect.

FINE DIRD DOG IS
KILLED BHN AUTO
A fine bird dog, the property of J.
M- Muldon, was killed by a car from
the aero station yesterday- The
number of the aero car was said to
have been taken a chauffeur of the
Muldon place and was later reported.
Two witnesses, the names of whom
were obtained and turned in, stated
that the number designated by the
chauffeur, was correct.
AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Harry Miller, aged 46 years, ex
pired early last night after a lengthy
illness. He is immediately survived
by his wife and four children, two
girls and two boys. Other relatives
who survive are his brother, S. F.
Bogart, and sisters, Mrs. Neva Con
don and Mrs. May McKinnon.
Mr. Miller was a member of the
Veteran Firemen's Association, of
Pensacola Lodge No. 3, K. of P., of
Hickory Camp No. 21, W. O. W., and
of the Brotherhood of Locomotive En
gineers. The funeral will take place Sunday
afternoon at 4 o'clock from his late
residence at 609 North Eight avenue.
