What promises to be one of the most enjoyable dances given- during the season at the K. of C. hall is the benefit dance to be given under the auspices of the Daughters of Isabella on the evening of Monday, May, 2th. The music which will be furnished i by the orchestra under the direction of O'Brien Motta will be unusually good. Mr. Leo A. Waters will act as floor manager for the evening and Mes dames Ed. ' The Lest We Forget club, of Lady Swans, No. 1, were entertained with a porch party by Mrs. Mason Gray, 109 West Garden street. On Tuesday. This being Mrs. Gray's birthday she was presented with a beautiful cut glass vase by the Swans, and received many other handsome presents from the members individually... Several interesting readings were given by Mrs. E. Fisher and Mrs. M. Saccaro. In the "Lest We Forget" contest ' Mrs. W. R. Bosso and Mrs. A.- F. Campbell scored, the prizes being two cut glass berry bowls. ' Ice cream and -cake was served. A very pretty feature or the evening was a rose shower, each member attending bringing an immense arm bouquet of roses to the hostess. MUSIC PUPILS OF ST. MICHAEL'S SCHOOL TO GIVE CONCERT !
