Physicians of Pensa cola, however, are making a strong protest, stating that the city not only promised to open the establishment but to put in a public health nurs for school inspection and other work, who should spend two hours each day at the clinic. This, they claim, the city has refused point blank to do. Once the project is started the state will furnish dressings instruments and all materials needed. The city's only duty. It Is understood, would be to furnish a part-time nurse to keep the records In order. NINE DROWNED WHEN RESIDENCE IS SWEPT AWAY Wheeling. "West Va., July 19.
