Skinner, of Columbus, one of the directors of the Co lumbus Oil Mill one the largest oil mills in the South was in the city today enroute to Memphis. Mr. Skinner states that 240 farm ers are interested in the oil mill. The rural mail carriers in Mis sissippi have received notice from the postoffice department at Washington that all rural mail boxes must be given a fresh coat of paint within the next few months, and they will be given an opportunity to earn a few dollars by performing the work.
