Utica News Cpl. Jimmie Bradley is home from the Army on a fifteen day leave. His many relatives and friends are de lighted to have him home. Negro names h»ve been appearing on ballots lor years.” SUBSTANTIAL RAINS EASE FIRE THREAT Substantial rains fell along a strip through Central Mississippi putting the finishing touches to danger of forest fires at the present time.
