Pickens News By Mrrs. T. K. Daniel Mrs. S. D. Simpson, Green wood district delegate to the WSCS 6th assembly in Atlan tic City, returned Saturday afternoon. She also visited in Washington, D. C., New York and Philadelphia. We were honored Sunday by having Miss John Ada Walton and her kindergarten class in their graduation at the Methodist Church. Miss Ella LeNair and Miss Nan Tarwater of Baton Rou-1 ge? La. visited Mrs. Jewel . Fessenden during the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Younger ajid children of Huntsville, Ala. visited Mrs. C. W. Young er and Mr. and Mrs. John Murphy over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Denman Cox of Jackson were visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Crawford Lever Sunday. Mrs. G. H. Ledbetter was a business visitor to Memphis last week. Guests in the home of Mrs. Lena Linn and Mrs. Josie Sledge over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Linn and John of Nashville, Tenn., Miss Lena Lou Linn of Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Hart of Canton. Mr. and Mrs. Irving Reed of Memphis were guests of Mrs. Jewel Fessenden during the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. William La vender, V era and Steve of Canton were Sunday guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Murphy and Mrs. C. W. Younger. Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Wil liams visited their daughter and family Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Guice at Isola. Mrs. Spivey Guion and Lau rie of Benton were visitors of her mother, Mrs. C. H Ingram Saturday. f.
