EE?- TO BUILDERS.
"1T7'ILL be let out to the lowest bid-
der on the first Monday of
September next, the building of a
Court House in the Town of Louis
ville, in Winston County, Mississippi.
The House to be of the following
demensions, viz : 40 feet wide, by 50
feet long; wall and foundation of
Brick; Two stones high, and finish
ed in the usual style.
A plan or draught of the house,
with a particular description of the
manner and style in which the same
is to be finished will be exhibited, and
the terms, payments, &c. made known
on the day, and may at any time pre
vious, be seen at the Probate Clerk's
Office.
The undertaker will be required to
enter into bond with sufficient securi
ty on the same day, for the faithful
performance of the contract.

A NEGRO MAN,
who calls himself Bill. The said bov
is about 20 or 22 years of age, dark
complexion, about 5 feet 8 inches high;
had on a cap made of cloth, home
spun shirt and pantaloons; he had also
a blue cloth coat and an old camlet
frock coat. He says he belongs to
Harrison Burke, near Selma, Dallas
Countv. Alahama. The owner is re
quested to come foward prove pro-

or he will be dealt with as the layr
directs. .
