■of a certain sum of money therein mention
ed to David Buck, which said deed in trus
has been duly recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Probate Court of Noxubee
County and State of Mississippi, (in book
D, pages 80, 81 & 82,) I will sell at pub
lic auction, to the highest bidder, for cash,
at the Court house door in the town of Ma
con in said coun y, on
Monday the 5t h day of September next,
between the hours eleven aud four o'clock,
the following described property, viz: the
House and Lot on which Wm. B. Fife
now lives, situated in, and being a part of
the west half of the north east quarter of
•ection number thirty three in township
number fifteen north, range number seven
teen east, situated in Noxubee county, ad
joing the town of Macon, and containing
4 53-100 acres.
Also, a Lot of Cattle, Household Furni
ture, &c., more particularly described in
the deed of trust. Such title only will be
given as is vested in me by virtue of said
deed of trust.

ted on the 2nd day of July, A. D.
1840, by Abner L. Mann, to one Raleigh
White, since deceased, to secure the pay
ment of a certain sum of money therein
specified, to Lli O. Loomis and Edgar
Loomis, wherein I have been appointed
Trustee, by order of the Hon. the Circuit
Court of Noxubee County, I shall, on
the 22d day of February, À. D. 1843, sell
for cash, at the Court-House door in the
Town of Macon, the following tract or
parcel of Land, lying in the County of
Noxubee, and State of Mississippi, known
and designsted in the survey of Public
Lands, as the South East quarter of Sec
tion Number Twenty-Seven, in Township
Number Thirteen North, of Range Num
ber Eighteen East; containing by estima
tion 147 6-100 acres, together with all
the improvements thereon.
Such title as is vested in me, as afore
said, will be conveyed.
