Chandler entertained with a St. Patrick's luncheon com plimenting her sister, Mrs. Jack Gates, of Memphis. Covers were laid for twelve and a very elaborate menu was faultlessly served. The shamrock and Irish green dominated in the , dining room. Clusters of pear blossoms banked man tel and buffet and filled a laree cut glass bowl in the cen ter of the lace covered table nvpr which were strewn the some exotic blossoms. Mrs. Chandler is an ideal hos tess and with her two charming daughters, Mr3. Ligon and Miss Mary Lucille, who assisted in en tertain a the afternoon came to a dose all too soon.
