ing or liixlures connected or to be
connected therewith, the owner of the
property shall obtain u permit from
the Sanitary Inspector.
The owner to obtain such permit
shall furnish the Sanitary Inspector
with the name of the licensed Plumb
er who is to be employed, the location
of the property, and a drawn plan of
the work to be done,
After a plan has been approved no
alterations will be permitted except on
written application to the Sanitary
Inspector and approved by him.
The owner of property to be con
nected, hall before connection is
made with the sewer file an applica
tion as provided in the preceeding
paragraph with a plan of fiixtures and
connections to be used and same shall
be made to comply with the provis
ions of a part of this ordinance which
can be seen at the City Hall.

New York Salad. Arruco four
slices of plni'iippln on lettuce leuves,
Cut one-half cupful of celery Into long
slender strips nnd mix with one-lmlf

laid symmetrically on the pineapple.
The dressing is passed separately.
Marshmallow Salad. Cut two
oranges In halves, remove the pulp
carefully leaving the cups. Cut a slice
of pineapple and oi?;lit inarslunallows
In bits, chop one-fourth cupful of nuts,
sUIn and seed one-half cupful of white
grapes, mix with the orange pulp and
u little dressing. Fill the cups, cover
with dressing and cross with twe
strips of canned pimento. Place a half
grape on the center of the salad and
bits of chopped parsley between the
strips of pimento.
Nut Fruit Salad. Take one cupful
of cooked pens, one cupful of celery,
cut in cubes, on cupful of walnut
meats nnd one cupful of shredded
orange. Serve with mayonnaise dress
ing. Chicken Salad. Cut chicken into
bits, using two cupfuls, add one cupful
of celery, one cupful of diced cucum
ber and two tablespoonfuls of enpers.
Season with salt ond popper and mix
with a boiled or mayonnaise dressing
to which an equal quantity of whlp-.'d
cream has been added. .Serve on i.'t
