Culvert as trustee for the benefit of Will Rodgers, who duly appointed Z. A. Brantley as 'substituted trustee tiptni the resigna tion of W. J. Calvert to act said res ignation and appointment of a sub stituted trustee being recorded in Deed Hook JJ page iiho and 800 in the Chancery's oltlce of Neshoba County, Miss., all his right, title, in terest, and estate in the following described real estate and personal property situated in the County of Neshoba, State of Mississippi, viz: SW 1-4 of NW 1-4 of Section 6, Township 12, Range 12, East, con taining 40 acres more or less, also one light bay mule age 9 yrs. named ‘•Dan.” Which said conveyence was made in trust to secure the payment of a certain promissory note in said deed described;and whereas the said note has become due and is unpaid : Now. therefore, in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, and at tlie request of the legal holder of said note, I will proceed to sell the above described real estate and personal property at the north door of tlie.
