Sheriff Posey has been advised by
Attorney General Roheitsou that
such delinquents may vote by paying
the delinquent taxes before Fepruary

on the 18 acres, and has not thrash
ed the peas. On less than three
fourths of an acre of the land he
made 485 gallons of cane syrup. The

the Chancery court of Neshoba Coun
ty, Mississippi, by a decree of said
court, made and entered on the (sth
day of Dec. 1922, in that, oertalncause
pending in said court, styled Ex parte
Mrs. Mary Byrd, t al, ordering an
directing me to sell the following
described lands for a division of the
proceeds thereof among the owners
thereof to-wit:
Lots, block 48. Harrod survey of
the town of Philadelphia, and Lot 4,
block Dof the South East Division
of the town of Philadelphia, all in
Neshoba County, Mississippi.
