W. N. Frost, being the lowest bidder, was awarded the contract for digging the ditch on Water Valley and Cold Water road, which was duly advertised, at $1.15 per rod. The petition of J. D. Swindle and others for a change in the Water Valley and Pittsboro road was granted, and R, D. Allen and W. C. Kuykendall, be ing members from other Distircts from that in which said road lies, are appointed a committee to lay out and locate said road and re port to the next meeting of the ! Board of Supervisors. The petition of W. T. Jeffreys and others, land owners, asking for a change in Green Gasian public road was granted, and W. C Kuykendall and K. D. Allen are appointed to lay out said road as changed. The petition of J, Kisner and others for change in Water Valley and Paris public road, was granted with some changes, provided the petitioners shall lay out and put said road in good condition, pay all damage to owners and report to Board. That the report of N. M, Coker, Supervisor of District 1, be and the same is hereby approved, as filed. That the road report of W. C. Kuykendall, Supervisors District 4, be and the same is hereby ap proved as filed. That th© petition of B. Leland et a!, for road west of city limits of Water Valley, be and the same is hereby continued. Ordered that thd\ petition of J. L.
