That the contract for the care of the county paupers and the lease of the county poor house farm be and is hereby let to W H Hughes for a term of four years from Jan. 1st, 1908 That W H. Cor oner, $2,0J0. That R. H. Sanders be and is hereby appointed Constable in Beat 2, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of E. B. Wal lace. That Leggo voting precinct be and is hereby taken from the 4th Supervisor District and placed in the 3rd Supervisor District, and the voting place to remain as now fixed. That the Board go upon the premises of C. C.- Boyd, near Wa ter Valley, to assess his damages for the opening o.f the public road beginning at the corporation of \Vater Valley and running in a north easterly and easterly direc tion through the land of said C. C. Boyd and intersecting the- VV. V. and Delay rofd, just east of 0 C. Boyd’s pasture gate, on Friday, the 13th day of Dec 1907, at 9 o'clock, a. m., and the Clerk, is directed to issue a notice to be served on C. C. Boyd apprising him of this notice. The letting to be at public outcry at Cotfeeville at east door of the court house to the lowest and best bidder.
