The BEST in everything s I A very hotly contested game of ball was played Thursday after noon by the High School boys of the 6th and 7th grades, resulting in a victory for the 6th grade boys by a score of 10 to 5. Volto Moore, Frank Metcalf, Loyd Heliums, Louis Spencer, John Gaffeney, James Greer, Yontz Dupoyster, Willie Barry and Hal Greer, rep resented the 6th grade, while Ar thur Bosma, Joe Markett, Joe Gooch, Victor Tarver, Charles Sizemore, Norton Brown, George Moorhead, Claude Azlin and Hor ton Sissler played an excellent game for the 7th grade. The regular meeting of the Civic Improvement League will not be held, as usual today, but all the members and everyone interested in the care of the cemetery, are requested to meet tomorrow (Fri day) to clean up and put the cem etery in good condition for Deco-' ration Day, which is next Sunday.1 _ - I Non-Resident Notice. Mr. D. R. Wagner was notified last week that he had been ap pointed Aid to Gen, Clement A, Evans, Cammander-in-Chief of the Confederate Veterans at the Re union in Memphis.
