Get Your Money's Worth When you hire an employee there are four things you expect of him. First, you expect him to be honest, because he is handling your money, which, in this day of declining profits, is hard to earn. Second, you expect him to have ability, because, although a man may be honest, he cannet earn his salary if be lacks ability. Third, you demand and expect accuracy; for an employee may be ever so honest and have great ability, but if he is inacourate, his honesty and ability count for nothing. Fourth, you expect an employee to be in dustrious; in other words, to work. A man may be honest, have ability and be accurate, but if he is not willing to come into your store and give you a good day’s work, he is not earning his salary.—Picked Up. . _ WANTED.
