It appearing to the Hoard ttat the dwelling house of M. K. Riohards has been destroyed by fire and that the value of the said house was $600 00; and it appear ing that the said M. K. Richards is entitled to some relief from tax aiion on account of the destruction of said house, it is therefore order ed by the Board that the assess raent of M. K.
