Commissioner Nolan moved “That the further consideration and hearing of the application heretofore made by the Hud son and Manhattan Railroad Company, to construct, operate and maintain tracks across First street and across Bay street, and of the ordinance introduced in con nection therewith be postponed to Wed nesday, October 24, 1906. at a meeting of the Board to be held at ten (10) o’clock A. M. op such date,” and the motion was unanimously adopted. Commissioner Nolan moved, that the farther consideration and hearing of the application heretofore made by the Jer sey City, Hoboken and Paterson Street Railway Co. to construct, operate and maintain a siding in Franklin street, south of Centra! avenue, and of the ord inance introduced in connection there with, be postponed to Wednesday, Octo beT 24. 1906, at a meeting of the Board to be held at ten (10) o’clock A. M. on such date, and the motion was unani mously adopted. Commissioner Nolan moved to take from the table an ordinance entitled, “An Ordinance for a Change in the Boundar ies of Hoboken Avenue.” Carried. The ordinance was then taken up and read:— An ordinance for a change in the boundaries of Hoboken avenue. Section 1. The Mayor aDd Aldermen of Jersey City by the Board of Street Snd Water Commissioners, do ordain iat the following part of Hoboken ave nue be and the same hereby is vacated— Beginning at a point on the south line Df Hoboken avenue, distant westerly fourteen feet from the southwest corner Df Hoboken avenue and Baldwin avenue; thence on an angle of ten degrees twenty nine minutes with the southerly line of Hoboken avenue on a course north thirty two degrees, thirty minutes west, two hundred and sixty-five feet; thence north rixty-one degrees forty-seven minutes west, one hundred and twenty-two feet to the southerly line of Oakland avenue; thence along said line of Oakland avenue tenth forty-six degrees and five minutes test ten feet to the present southerly !ine of Hoboken avenue; thence south forty-two degrees fifty-nine minutes east ilong said southerly line of Hoboken ave nue three hundred and seventy-four and 5fty-two hundredths feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. And it is further ordained hat the following described land, which tas been tendered by the Erie Land and improvement Company, the owner there if. to the Mayor and Aldermen of Jersey City for a street, be accepted as a part if Hoboken avenue. A triangular piece of land bounded outherly by the present northerly line of So bo ken avenue, westerly by the east irly line of Oakland svenue, aDd north xly by a line drawn from a point event*-five feet north from the present mrtbeast corner of Oakland avenue and Soboken avenue, to a point in the north :rly line of Hoboken avenue, f distant jbirteen and three-tenths feet ‘westerly from the northwest comer of Hoboken avenue and Baldwin avenue. Subject to the right reserved to the owners of the fee to maintain the Bergen Tunnel, so-called, under the surface of said premises, and to construct and maintain other tunnels under the sur face, in such manner and at such depth as will not interfere with the use of the same for highway purposes. Section 3. And it is further ordained that tho location of the tracks of the nresent street railway on Hoboken ave nue with their appurtenances, be changed so as to conform to the lines of said ave nue as changed by this ordinance with out expense to the city. PARK & TILFORD, A CORPORA tion of the State of New Jersey, does hereby certify that it has decreased its capital stock from five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to ten thousand dol lars ($10,000), by reducing the par value of its shares from one hundred dollars ($100) to two dollars ($2), said reduction having been declared by resolution of the Board of Directors of said corpora tion to be advisable and having been duly and regularly assented to by the vote of at least two-thirds in interest of the stockholders (there being but one class of stock) having voting powers at a meet ing duly called by the Board -.of Di rectors for that purpose and the written assent of said stockholders is hereto ap pended. The location of the principal office of the corporation in this State is at No. 1 Exchange Place, in the City of Jersey City, and the name of the agent there in and in charge thereof upon whom pro cess against the corporation may be served is James B.
