But by some misunderstanding we have had thrown on our hands here a shipment by the last steamer of between two and three thousand dollars’ worth of these goods, and nothing but an awful cut in the price will move them at this late hour in the season. But what is the manufacturer’s loss will be vour p-ain. Below we give you a few of the cut prices: A most elegant SATIN WRAP, handsomely lined with Silk Ouilted Lining, trimmed in real Pointed Fur, price $50.00; we purpose selling at the small sum of $30.00. Very handsome DOLMANS which have sold readily at $30, are now reduced to $20.00. Elaborately trimmed DOLMANS $15.00, former price $25.00. Elegantly trimmed DOLMANS in Mottled Moleskin, even as low as $12.00, that have been pronounced very cheap at $20.00. Our ASTRACHAN TRIMMED considered very elegant, re duced to $10.00, would be low at $8.00. Others might be considered plain but the value is in the good Material, to suit all tastes, very low at $8.00; been selling at $12.00 and $15.00. Would you believe it a CLOTH DOLMAN as low as $6.00 and trimmed with expensive material. As we are limited in these, we can only urge the necessity of calling early. A word about our COATS. And their wonderfully low prices. Stockinetts in blue, mixed brown, black and green, fine qual ity, worth $18, which we shall sell at $12. One lot, not very many, Walking Jackets, will sell for #3 and #4, which at their, lowest prices would be cheap at $6 and #8. One lot for only $2.50. Only think, a Walking Jacket in good cloth for $2.50, cannot be bought anywhere else at such a price. Dress Goods. In this Department as well as in ill others we purpose reducing our Stock and therefore offer the same general inducements.
