bond in the sum of $50, and the court
ordered the key taken from the plain

absence of a Constable, Policeman Put
nam was engaged to secure and deliver
the key to the defendant.
Attorneys Guyton and Richards,
counel for plaintiff and defendant re
spectfully, argued the motion yester
day before Squire McDermott. which
resulted in tho Court overruling the
motion but allowing an 'mendment to
the bill cf Dartiaulars of the former,
which ruling the defendant's counsel
In this status the case now stands.
A final hearing will be had at 9 a. m.
The costs already amount to consid
erable and the case'bld3 fair to find its
way into Common Pleas Court.
