Noah Leichty and family formerly of Orange township have moved from Mountain Lake, Minn., to a farm near Waynesfield. They arrived here the latter part of last week. In honor of the 70th birthday an niversary of Mrs. N. F. Steiner, a dinner party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Steiner of North Lawn avenue last Wednesday night. Condition of Mrs. E. J. Pugh of Arlington, a patient in Bluffton hos pital is reported critical. Mrs. Pugh was removed to the hospital here last Wednesday in a serious condition. Mrs. Alvin Augsburger and daught er Anne of Oak Harbor are visiting at the home of the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Benroth of North Main street. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Badertscher and son Gene, Mrs. Lydia Badertscher and Milton Badertscher visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Balmer, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Locher and daughter Virginia of Columbus spent the week end with Mrs. Locher’s par ents, Mr. and Mrs. A. T. Worthington of South Maip street and attended the College homecoming. Mr. and Mrs. Roger Hauenstein who lived in Columbus where he was a student at Ohio State university have moved to Ann Arbor, where he is continuing his studies in music at the University of Michigan. Mrs. Otto Holtkamp of South Main street and Leland Diller of Cherry street have been called for jury ser vice this week in the September term of the common pleas court in Lima. He was buried at the Flick cemetery near Rawson. Nettie Pitzene, returned home after spending two weeks in Dayton with daughter Mrs. Tom Hall. Ghaster in Lima Tuesday Mrs. Gale Griffith, and Nettie Pitz ene, attended the funeral of Lawrence Flick in Lima Monday- Mrs. Walter McVey and son Duayne, were brought home from the Bluffton hospital Monday morning. Clayton Basinger of Bluffton was injured fn the gun plant in Lima. He is in the Memorial hospital at Lima. Mrs. Amos Moser, has moved into her property in Main street. Mr. and Mrs. Merl King of Findlay attended the Home-coming and rally day at the Evangelical church here. Mrs. W. B. McGeorge of Bluffton passed away Tuesday at 5 p. m. Paul Diller has the funeral service. Cal Steininger of Toledo attended the Home-coming Sunday. Many others also were from out of town. Clara Bauman of Findlay was an over night guest of Willard Kramer. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Jones and daughter Norma were Sunday callers on Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Jones.
