Fred Biederman who was a patient in Bluffton hospital last week has been removed to his home on the county line north of town. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Flythe and children Compton, Iris, Barbara Ann and Sarah of Hilton Village, Va., and Lana Hubbard of Norfolk, Va., are visiting the former’s father Roland Flythe and sister Mrs. Oscar Wenger and family of North Spring street. They visited Dearborn, Mich., Tues day and attended the State fair at Columbus on Wednesday. The visit ors say Ohio is a beautiful state. Enroute home they visited the Great Onyx cave in Kentucky and Mr. and Mrs. Odell Alspach in Dayton. Law Suit Follows Hunting Accident George Redick, of Route 1, Jenera, has beeh sued for judgment of $20, 157.40 in action filed by Ralph Dil lon, Canton, for injuries allegedly received in a hunting accident on the Redick farm last November 16. Dillon claims the mishap occurred as a party of hunters, in which he was a member, was crossing a wire fence. He alleges Redick negligent ly pointed his shotgun in his direc tion without affixing the safty catch. The gun discharged, striking Dillon in the left leg, the petition says. Independents Lose Two To All Stars Bluffton All Stars topped the Bluffton Independent Junior outfit in two games last Sunday afternoon at Harmon field, winning by scores of 11 to 5 and 10 to 9. Kenneth Bracy and Keith Kirt land, hurlers for the Independent^, each lost their first mound starts of the season in the doubleheader. Bracy previously had won 10 and lost none, and Kirtland had been un defeated in one start. Fred Herrmann, of the All Stars, smashed two home runs in the first game. The two teams will play another doubleheader next Sunday afternoon at Harmon field. Dairy herds can be freed from mastitis but prevention of the disease is easier than its cure.
