A joint worship service of the Ebenezer and St. John congregations is to be held at the Ebenezer church Sunday evening. This service is in honor of Miss Viola Welty who has been home on furlough from Africa where she has been engaged in mis sionary work and is soon to return to her field of work. Misses Eunice and Gladys Lugi bihl are working as nurses aids at Findlay hospital. Many of this area have been de prived of electrical current and effi cient telephone service since the sleet and rain of last Thursday. Travel on the country roads has been haz ardous. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Moser were supper guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Snavely and family Wednesday evening.
