In winning championship of the Findlay meet the Bluffton team scored three victories last week. Bluffton got away to a slow start against Fremont, but after trailing at the quarter came back to lead at halftime, 25-22. The score was knot ted at 40-all in the third stanza, but Fred Herrmann and Neil Schmidt led a fourth quarter scoring assault that spelled victory for the locals. High point men against the Fre mont team in the finals were Herr mann with 17 and Schmidt with 14. In the scoring parade against Bloomdale, Bluffton piled up 101 points in an astonishing exhibition led by Rich Gratz with 21 points Fred Herrmann had 17 Ernest Raber and Neil Schmidt, 15 each and Dale Reichenbach 14. Fred Herrmann was voted the out standing player in the tournament, and also was tourney high scorer with 59 points. Guard Roger Howe of Bluffton earned the medal for mak ing the longest shot of the tourna ment from back of the three-quarter ine.
