The victory, which enabled the, un defeated Pirates to continue to set the pace in league competition, in many respects was a repetition'of a tilt played about one year ago when Bluffton rallied to defeat the Gerries, after trailing at one time, 12 to 0. In last Friday’s tilt, the Lima crew had everything to their favor as they pulled away to a 5 to 0 lead before the Pirates ever broke the scoring ice. Spotty fielding was the major contributing factor as the Gerries tallied two runs in the second inning and three more in the fourth.
