Youth Federation Holds First Meet Bluffton Youth Federation held the first of a series of union meetings at the Methodist church, Sunday night. The evening’s program was divid ed into two parts, devotional and recreational. Rev. Warren Bright, Lima youth leader spoke on the theme “Striking Twelve” after which games were enjoyed followed by re freshments.
