Cory, was married in the First Congrega tional church, Columbus, to Miss Marjorie Roth, of Clumbus, in a single ring ceremony on October 18, according to an announcement made this week. The couple are living on a farm near Mt. Cory, following a short wedding trip. The groom was graduated from Mt. Cory High school and served four years in the U. S. Marine corps. Mrs. Wagner is a graduate of Alexandria High school, and worked in Columbus prior to her marriage. Car Damaged In Collision Sunday A car driven by Janet Steiner, owned by her father, N. P. Steiner was damaged Sunday night at 8:30 o’clock on South Main street near the junction of High street when sideswiped by a car driven by Tim othy Hays, 19, colored, Lima. Police said that the accident oc curred when Hays attempted to go around the Steiner car on the right side. A fender on the Steiner cai' was damaged. The Lima car was ownd by Governor Hays, father of Timothy, who was riding in the car at the time of the accident, police said. Pandora High School Junior Play Friday “That Crazy Smith Family,” is the title of a play to be presented by the Pandora high school junior class, Friday night in the Pandora high school auditorium at 8 o’clock. Appearing in the cast are: Bar bara Schumacher, Owen Etter, Betty Basinger, Richard Boehr, Eloise Steiner, Gene Suter, Cassie Diller, Joann Hatfield, Eugene Steiner, James Zuercher, James Kiene and Margaret Hart. Ami Pifcr. 31 Transit Wages Rise Wages of the men who operate and maintain the nation’s street cars, trackless trolley coaches and gas buses have risen nearly 70 per cent in the past ten years. Richard Cupp accompanied them home and spent several days in the Lehman home. All are cordially invited. Mrs. J. O. Cupp is nursing a rather severe back injury sustained when their auto struck a rough rail road crossing while on their way to Cleveland more than a w-eek ago. They were traveling an unfamiliar road at night and Mr. Cupp did not see the crossing. Mrs. Harold Marshall was brought to her home here, Saturday, after being a surgical patient in Bluffton hospital for nearly two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. D. C.
