Norman Hochstettler is and Mrs. daughter spending a Hancock County Fair Wednesday Featuring a variety of attractions including a special vaudeville show every night, the Hancock county fair opens next Wednesday noon, September 8, at the Old Mill Stream fairgrounds in Findlay. Opening day events include junior fair judging and the junior parade. Open class judging will be Thurs day morning, Sept. 9, with judging of horses in the afternoon and a machinery parade in the evening. Home From Tours Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Steiner of Spring street have returned from a two weeks’ motor trip to Canada, visiting Montreal and Quebec, in cluding the shrine of Ste. Anne de Beaupre and Montmorency falls near the latter city. They also toured New Brunswick and Nova Scotia provinces and re turned home through Maine, Massa chusetts and New York state. Misses Barbara .Jean Triplett and Eleanor Linden have returned from a motor trip to California. Enroute west, they were joined at Denver by Miss Lois Rich, their cousin, who ac companied them California and returned as far as her home in Washington, Illinois. Miss Triplett will teach music in the Galion schools this fall and Miss Linden and Miss Rich will resume their studies in Wooster and Bluff ton colleges, respectively. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Murray and son of West Elm street returned Sunday from a month’s motor trip through the Ozark region in Mis souri, also visiting Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. They spent eight days with her sisters, Colorado residents, touring scenic spots of that state and stop ped enroute home to visit another sister in Terre Haute, Indiana. PT A Maps Plans For Coming Year Membership canvass of the Bluff ton Parent-Teacher association will open Monday, Sept. 13, it was decid ed at a meeting of association of ficers and chairmen last week at the high school. Home room mothers will be named during the first week of school and plans are being made for personal visitations with parents of new pupils. Officers of the association include: Mrs. C. F. Hunting season will start on No vember 15, but hour and bag limit regulation have not been set by the Ramge stated that squirrel season this year will run from Sept. 15 to 30 ,both dates inclusive. Daily limit will be four fox squirrels per day and four in possession. The season will come in all over the state at the same time. Hunting hours are from daybreak until dark.
