The funeral of Joe Neill, 90, pio neer resident of nearby Ottawa, was held last Saturday afternoon at the Pope funeral home. Mr. Neill was the father of Louis Neill of Pan dora. The condition of Mrs. Wilbert Zuercher who was stricken with pa ralysis last week is slightly im proved. George Teste, manager of the Pan dora airport spent Thanksgiving at his home at Cleveland. Mrs. Clyde Waltz who lives three miles southwest of Pandora, is vis iting Mrs. Lillie Lyon, a sister at Los Angeles for the winter. Both were formerly of Bluffton and are sisters of Fred Zehrbach of Bluffton. Wayne Hilty and family of In dianapolis spent the Thanksgiving holidays in the home of Mrs. Allie Hilty. A wedding of local interest took place in Findlay at the First Church of Christ on Nov. 20, when Miss Dortha Grismore, granddaughter of Mrs. Lavina Grismore of Pandora, became the bride of Loren Rade baugh, son of Mrs. Pearl Radebaugh of Renton Ridge. After a two weeks’ wedding trip through the southern states, they will be at home at 513 Eben avenue, Findlay. Mrs. Myra Wehrly and Mrs. Lacy Sommer, twin sisters, celebrated their 88th birthday anniversary in the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Burkhart last Saturday. Mrs. Lloyd Van Meter entertained the members of the Bi-Centennial club and five guests at her country home last Tuesday evening. The program topic was on the Pennsyl vania Dutch in charge of Mrs. Arth ur Schumacher. Mrs. Addie Graber entertained with readings. Mr. and Mrs. Meredith Morris and Mrs.Edith Core of Lima, James E. Dibert and family of Ohio City, and Stanley Burkhart and family were Thanksgiving Day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Burkhart. Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Pingle of Gilboa are announcing the approach ing marriage of their daughter Mar gene to Robert Reese, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Reese of Pandora. The wedding will be an event of Dec. 3 and will be held at the Gilboa Meth odist church at 7:30 in the evening. The great oratorio, “The Messiah,” by Handel will be given at the St. John church Sunday evening, Dec.
