High School Cagers Win Over Ada, 51-42 Racking up their third victory in fotir starts, Bluffton High cagers won a thriller from Ada Tuesday night on the local court by a score of 51 to 44. Ada’s scrappy outfit was a threat all the way in the contest, and led at the close of the first quarter, 16 to 15. Bluffton roared back in the next period, however, to build up the advantage that ultimately was to give them the victory, and when the teams left the floor at halftime the Pirates were out in front, 33 to 22. In the third quarter the Lowry men added another point to their lead, and held the advantage thru out the greater part of the closing period, although Ada whittled down the spread somewhat in the closing minutes. Leading scorer for the Pirates was Risser, who tallied 15 points and Schmidt had 12 for second honors.
