Basinger and daughters Kay and Patsy of South Main street were honor guests at a party in the Columbus Grove high school cafeteria Tuesday night at a dinner given by the Veterans Agriculture class of the school. The occasion was a farewell party for Mr. structor recently structor Bluffton Basinger who has been in of the class and resigned to accept a position as in in vocational agriculture in hgh school. In connection with the dinner Tuesday night he W’as presented with a leather brief case by the class in token of their appreciation of his work at Columbus Grove for the past three years. Wilkins Family Christ mas Dinner The annual Christmas dinner of the John Wilkins family w’as held at the Liberty grange hall west of Ada on Sunday with 53 in attend ance. The event started with a cafeteria dinner at the noon hour and was followed by a program by the children in the afternoon.
