Killed. On Tncaday morning laat. a man
named Jositril Pawnto. nf Liberty Center, nvt
w ith a fatal accident at the lime kit 11, three utile
vest of this place. The men at the kiln were

stone upon a bridge, or elevated track, to the
lieightof about thirty feet. Mr. P. was stand

fell a distance of over twenty feet. Ha ws in

and lingered until 8 o'clock in the evening when
lie died. Hi body was co.ieyed to Liberty
