ficliool, in Pcrrrsburg,inet pursuant to adjourn
ment, at tlie Court-house, iu I'crrrsbiirgiiio the
evening of the llilU of November, lSiiS.
The report uf the eoiumittee appointed at the
lust meeting, was presented and acted upon.
After considerable' discussion' by Messrs.
Wat, Sjiasnon aud Cook, report was adopted.
The following resolution .was oO'ered aud
adopted: - v

whom shall be the Chairman of this meeting,
mill the other two bo appointed by tlie Chair
man, whose dutp it shall be to consult able
counsel in regard to the liability of .School Dis
trict No. I, in Perryaburg.tio pay the $14,001) of
eight ptT rent, bonds recently negotiated by the
Hoard of Kdacatina f said District to E. P.
I'eck aad Oeorge Laskey; and institute such
proceedings aa they may deem most effectual
to protect tha rights and interests of the tax
payers against ssid bonds; and that subscrip
tions be circulated to raise funds to defray audi
expenses as they ucceasurily may incur in that
