SVll v COURT NEWS Indictments Returned Seven indictments were rerurned by the grand jury at Bowling Green, Friday afternoon, against against alleged rioters at Rossford, last May. ' The indictments are: Clyde Smith, Les Sakal, charged with rioting; Ignntz Bazgcr, charged with woundiDg Deptury Sheriff Enis; Peter Lennok, on the charge of carrying concealed weapons'; Mike Lidka, assault and battery and menacing threats; Joe Memich, carrying concealed weapons, and Steve Gudich, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. James Evans, alias James J." Stewart, was also indicted on the . charge of breaking and entering and assault on Louisa Morlock, of this place.
