L'eiuimnlea rrrsoiml Mention. Weddings, betrothals, and "growinK at tncbmcnU" lave been almost tho only topics of com creation In soclity during the past week. The laleet gossip reports nine wed dings for the season, two of which have al reaJj taken place. Ol couro everyone Is anxious to know where tho other seven are. A yoiine lady who ought to know counted them up Saturday, m fallows A double wed ding on South Market street, twoj two wed dings on North Limestone street, four, two on Clltr avenue, neit door neighbors, six , and the list Is complete by tbe young (no pun in tended) couple who are to occupy .Mrs. Uebecca Rowley's house on South Limestone street. They re going rapidly, and now that the ball is started, there is no telling where it will stop rolling. Of course, all these matrimonial festivities will make the season somewhat more gay than usual, out if they do as those who have gone before, what is to become of Springfield society?
