An act making appropriations for the
payment ol invalid and other pensions for
tin1 year ending June t.O, 1880.
To provide that all pensions cm accotunt
of death or wounds received, or diseases
contracted in the service of the United
States during the late war of the rebellion,
which had been granted, or which' shall
hereafter be granted bhall commence from
the late of death or discharge from the
service of the United States; for the pay
ment of arrears of pensions and other pur
