The weather is raw aud chilly again and to-day has passed without a particle of sunshine to relieve the gloomy atmosphere. The rivers are gradually getting back into their beds and the rise is over for the present. Tonnage is more plenty and shipping facilities have improved, but it is still im possible to move hay to any great extent and difficult to forward all the grain sold. FLOUR We note a firm market and good demand for grades of XXX and up ward. The supply continues light. HAY The market is well supplied and steady. River shipments are a little easier made.but there are no cars for railroad ship ments. CORN Transactions aro not as large as they would be if shipments could be promptly made. OATS Wo note a general improvement in-tho demand and prices shaded in favor of sellers. MEAL Very scarce and firm. HRA.N None offering on consignment.
