Bo it ordaihed by tho Mayor and Common Council of the City of Globo: SECTION L That poition of tho City of Globe within tho following described boun daries is hereby declared to bo the fire limit of the City of Globo: Beginning at tho juncture of Cotton wood nnd Bill Streets in said City of Globo; thenco northorly along Hill Strcot to tho Northeast corner of Lot 10 in Block 73 of tho Townsito of Globe; Ihonco westerly along the north boundary of said Lot 10, 102.1 fcot thenco Northorly along tho east boun dary of Lot 33 in said Block to Pinal Creek; thonco along Pinal Creek to the juncture of Haskins Road with Broad Streot; thenco in a southwesterly di rection to tliO railroad track on Willow Streot; (henco southerly along the rail road track to a point opposito Cotton wood Street; thence 'easterly along Cot tonwood Street to the placo of begin ning. I SECTION III. i It shall bo unlawful for any person to maintain within tho said fire limits any tent or canvas coVcrcd building, or other structure with canvas or cloth roof or lining, or auy stove pipes run ning through any side or roof opening in nnv building. SECTION IV. All persons are hereby forbidden to store or keep, or causo to bo stored or kept, within the firo limits 'above de scribed, any gunpowder, blasting pow der, giant powder, gun cotton, nitro glyceiinc, coal oil pr gasoline, or any other explosive or combusti ble material of whatever na ture; except twenty-fivo pounds of black powder and ton cases of coal oil, which may bo kept by any storekeeper on his premises for immediate sale. ! Provided, this shall not bo deemed to prevent the use of gasoline lamps or engines, about which not moro than gallons of gasolino are stored. SECTION V. When permits have been granted for tho erection or alteration of buildings I within the firo limits, tho plans thoreof shall not bo mntonally changed with out the consent of tho Common Coun cil; and no more than one-third of tho street about any premises may bo oc cupied or obstructed with building ma terial, and at. no timn sli.all the nnlilic.
