Mr. Hoar was formcly superintendent of tho Old Dominion Copper Mining & Smelting company. Walter S. Van Fleot of Washington, D. C, vico president and general man ager of the Arizona, Consolidated Min ing company, arrived last evening and is stopping at tho Dominion. Tho prop erty of the Arizona Consolidated is situated on tho San Carlos strip and preparations aro being made to begin active development work. Charles Banker is having a substan tial stono wall built around his popular resort on North Broad street and a neat iron fence will be erected on the wall when finished.
