SECTION I.
Section III of Ordinanco Number Sev
enteen of tho City of Olobo is hereby
amended to road n3 follows:
SECTION III.
It shnll bo unlawful for any person
to maintain within the said firo limits
any tent or canvas covered building, or
other structure with canvas or cloth
roof or lining, o any stove' pipes run
ning through any side or roof openiy
in any building; nor shall any person
build or erect any building or addition
to any building within said firo limits,
of any material other than brick, stone
cement, jr other non-combustible ma
terial. SECTION H.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
