Tho principal plnco for tho transac tion of business by this corporation is nnd shall bo tho City of Globe, Gila County, Territory of Arizona, at which place tho meetings of tho Directors nnd Stockholders shall bo had nud held, but branch oflices for conducting and tran sacting business may bo maintained at othor places, as its Board of Directors may from time to time designate and select. ARTICLE IV. Tho ceneral nature of tho business proposed to bo transacted by this cor poration is as follows: To do a gen eral wholesalo and retail butcher busi ness; to deal in, buy and sell all kinds of fresh, salted and cured meats, livo and dressed poultry and produco of all kinds; to deal in all kinds of genoral merchandise, nnd to maintain stores and offices for that purposo; to erect, oper ate and maintain cold-storago plants, and plants for the manufacture of ico; to operate and maintain bottling plants and deal in tho products thereof; to erect, opernto and maintain electric lighting and power plants; to own, buy, sell and deal generally in real cstato of all kinds, including mines and min ing stocks; to issue bonds, debentures, mortgages, or other obligations and so cure the samo by mortgage or lien on any of the proporty, franchises or rights of this corporation; to deal in, buy, sell or otherwise acquire tho stocks, bonds or securities of other corpora tions, firms or individuals, as well as of this corporation; to rniso, buy or breed, and otherwise acquire, own or hold and deal in, all kinds of live stock of even- description or chnracter, and conduct a genoral livo stock and cattle business, and for that purposo to own, control and acquire cattlo ranges and ranch properties of every kind or de scription; to own, operate and control hotels, restaurants nnd boarding houses; to buy, sell and deal in all kinds of personal property, wares and merchandise; to act as agont or broker for tho purchaso or sale of real or per sonal property, including live stock. ARTICLE V. Tho capital stock of this corporation is and shall bo tho sum of Ono Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), divided into fifteen hundred shares of the par value of Ono Hundred Dollars ($100.00) eaob, and when issued shall be first fully paid for in cash, or prop erty of an equivalent cash value, and such shares of stock, when so issued, shall thereafter be non-assessable. ARTICLE VI. Tho time of the commencement of this corporation shall be the dato of the filing of a certified copy of these Arti cles of Incorporation in tho office of the Auditor of the Territory of Arizona, at Phoenix, Arizona, and tho termination thereof shall be twenty-five years from the date of tho filing of said certified copy in said offico of tho said Auditor, unless renewed for a greater length of time, as provided by law. ARTICLE VH. Tho affairs of this corporation shall bo conducted by a Board of Directors, consisting of not less than three, nor more than flfteon, to bo elected annunlly by and from among tho stockholders, and the number decided upon and elect ed at 'such annual election Bhall consti tute, ,tho number of Directors for that year. The first nnnnal meeting of Stock holders for tho election of Directors nnd transaction of other business as may como before them shall be held on the second Tuesday of April 1908, and such annual meeting shall be hold on tho .samo day of each succeeding year thereafter. ARTICLE VIII. The officers of this corporation shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and General Man ager, and such other minor officers as the Board of Directors may sco proper to create, and tho offices of 8ccrotnry and Treasurer may bo filled by ono and tho same person, and all of said offi cers nro ,to bo elected by and from among tho Board of Directors. Until such Board of Directors shall havo been elected, ns provided for in Articlo "VIIJ tho following stockholders heroin aro heroby designated and appointed and Bhall constitute tho Board of Directors, viz: Pat Rose, Alfred Kinney, William Ryan, Fred Jones, J. N. Porter, Donis ' Murphy, E. D. Heed, 8. P.
