On noxt Mon day night at Union hall tho clerks' union will givo a vory unique social and smoker. A program is now being pre pared. They report a lively outing in tho largest pine for est in tho west, where they spent the month at recreation and hunting. Ligh tle killed one deer, Smith two and Wil son one. Smith brought in a fino pair of antlers. They report that turkeys aro plentiful and deer scarce on account of a short crop of acorns in that sec tion. J. W. Boardman of Payson ac companied tho party from Payson on tho hunt and killed three deer. Have a Cash Carrier. Tho Silver Belt was in error in stating yesterday that tho cash carrier system being installed in tho Old Dominion Commercial com pany store was tho first in Globe. Receiving injuries in an accident which confined him to tho hospital for a season of six months and alleging that ho .has been permanently incapacitated, John Hall has brought suit against the Gila Valley, Globo & Northern railway, claiming damages in the sum of $10,000. In his complaint filed in district court yesterday Hall claims that he was em ployed by tho defendant company ns chninmnn in the engineering force and was engaged in locating places for mile posts along the lino of the track. On April 23, with other employees of the company, he started out from Solomon villo on a railroad volocipede. Ho al leges that the machino was in bad re pair, resulting in an accident, in which one of his legs was broken in three dif ferent places and that ho received other injuries which now promise .to per manently inenpacitato him.
