Fine Bright Baby Boy Tho homo of

Morello Funeral Largely Attended
The funeral of Felix D. Morello, tho
Italian merchant who died Saturday
mornrng, was largely attended yester
vday. The ceremonies at tho house and
in tho cemetery were conducted by tho
Italian Masons and tho Italian Lega
Fratelanza. The procession of car
riages and vehicles was one of tho long,
est seen in Globe in many a day.
Tapping Mains Tho Pinal Mountain
Water company is tapping the big
mains in East Oak street for houso ser
vice connections, preparatory to digging
up the old lino of three-quarter inch
pipe, which was formerly tho only main
J in that street. Erosion of tho street
had left tho small pipe within a couple
of inches of the surface in many places,
, and it is a wonder that it was not
broken some timo ago.

his boyhood home at Febcrsburg, Cen
ter county, Pa. Mr. Mallory came to

the time. At last, he yielded to a de
sire to seo the old home once more,
and as his train sped on to Chicago and
the east, his mind painted glorious pic
tures of tho old apple orchards, and the
quiet homesteads of Pennsylvania. But
tho old miner was doomed to a disap
pointment so kepn that only, those who
have experienced it can understand.
Everything had been changed, the old
friends had gone to other parts of
the world, or . At last, ho found
a brother and n sister, and, like Ben
Bolt, he lived tho past over again,
talking of the "schoolhoiise on the
hill," and ever so many other things
that "memory brought to view," but
n wistful look in his eye when ho tells
of his trip "back east" leads to the
suspicion that he is sorry he went.

left town yesterday. He was duly
"vagged" Tuesday evening and Jus

four hours to get out of the way of a
thirty day sentence.
