Albort .T. Tony, alias Lester Pierce, has been arrested at Mesa charged with burglarizing tho New York s'oro at Tempo. Ho is also charged with mar rying a Phoenix widow a few months ago under an assumed name, and of beating and otherwiso mistreating her when she discovered his deception. Lowell saloons won their contention that they should bo granted licenses by a decision of tho supreme court at Phoonix last week.
